Alejandro, seen here talking with Alvaro, is our Executive Director in Valencia, Spain. Formerly a Comandante (Major) with the Ejército del Aire (Spanish Air Force), his experience with technology, as well as procedural implementation have revolutionized our farming techniques.

Alvaro is a fourth generation farmer in the province of Valencia, and has been working in orchards since he could walk. He carries with him generations of knowledge about the local climate, and environment.

Hugo obtained his Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture from the University of Copenhagen. His expertise and knowledge now helps our Spanish farm to achieve levels of that exceed most other organic farms on the Iberian Peninsula.

Lucia is Alvaro's beautiful daughter and is our official orange taster on the farm. She hand squeezes fresh orange juice for our employees and provides the final say on whether the juice is good enough for the oranges to leave the farm.
